I have had problems similar to this B4, it seems that when ya use a Wifi Key board some software "locks out" any other keyboards via the PS/2 interface.. I got a work around by using a USB Adapter and plugged my "Other" keyboard into a USB slot & could then use both, but not some features of it. So then later, I then got a "Real" USB keyboard and was able to use all the "Features" it had.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Do i need a disk for mouse to work

Hey bigbufford,
You may want to search for the drivers from the manufacturers site if it's offered in the paperwork. If not, I have always found drivers by just typing in the brand, model and manufacturer on a Google search.

Here's the site I have used

There is the link to download the driver. On the left there is a yellowish orange download circle. Click on that and make sure you have the download go to somewhere you will remember that you can easily access the driver later, instead of loosing it and downloading it over and over..
