when i type *#2820#, my phone shows bluethooth address is empty.what,s the mean it. what should i do?

the problem with your phone is a hardware proble.On pc board there is the bluetooth ic.this must be change.Take it to a technician

It's ok if there is no add. Try to relocate an another bluetooth device the add will come automaticaly.
