Question about A4tech R7-10 Mouse
I put in the usb device and i press the buttons to synchronize. The usb device flashes for like 10sec how its supposed to but after that, nothing happens. The computer recognizes that its the mouse and the type of mouse it shown on the bottom of the screen. The light of the mouse reacts when you move it but the cursor doesn't move.
Turn the mouse over and find the small
rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it.
This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on
the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or
if that doesn't work try
Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When the software program asks you to connect the Mouse Receiver to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
