Question about Samsung DLP HL-P4663W 46" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
Ive replaced my samsung color wheel using the website jangro.com. It worked great. However I cant seem to locate a website with instructions on how to replace my light engine, or light tunnel. Does anyone know of a link??
No, I don't know of one. The service manual might or training manual but you would probably need to buy that.
I've never done one on a Samsung. Do you actually need to change it or just wondering?

I have the same or a similiar problem. A 1.5 inch line running down the left side of my samsung. It is the light tunnel, one of the mirrors has fallen down and is blocking some light. My brother has fixed this problem on other sets by removing the mirror. This does not appear to affect the picture quaility at all. Do not remove the light tunnel and housing or you will have a hell of a time getting the picture centered on the screen. You will need to remove the color wheel and it may be easier to access the mirror for removal if you remove the protective cover off to the right of the light.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
