Question about HP Deskjet 6940 InkJet Printer
Have interfaced with hp fo a week now and also received new unit but have same problem. printer works on all phases except when printing a banner. if i make more than a 2 page banner just prior to end of 2nd sheet it skips and continues on 3rd sheet then skip near end of 3rd sheet and continues at statr of 4th sheet. if you fold over on it self nothing has been missed it all lines up ok. when setting up it calls for banner paper i do everything called for but it skips. have uninstalled drivers, reinstalled with same results. tried using 2nd computer same problem. i am interfacing with ethernet because if i go usb it shuts my system down. i also have an epson all in one on same pc am using xp home
Did you reinstall the drivers from the original cd?
