"Loading" at top of screen and I want "Yahoo" for home page

"Loading" appeared at top of screen 10 days agowhenever I click on Folders, Delete, Spam, Mark, Move, etc. When playing Publishers Clearing House from my Folder of 85 Li's, the "Loading" of each Li is frustrating and at Li's 50 & 75 the line under "Next" disappears and I must go into the folder to advance to Li 51 & 76.This is the first time in 8 years this has happened. It does not happen when I am in my Hotmail. I also would like Yahoo as my home page which somehow got switch to MSN.

1.TO set yahoo as your home page---go to tools---internet options--- A new windows will appear---select the general tab---
Select the homepage settings...Then enter the url as---www.yahoo.com...then click on apply---then ok

To set yahoo as your homepage go into the tools dropdown in internet explorer. Once in tools click on internet options then you can set your homepage to whatever you want. You have to be careful when installing some programs because it will change your homepage automatically. To keep this from happening keep an eye out for any check boxes that say something along the lines of

"would you like to make _____ your homepage"
As for the other problem im sorry but i don't know how to fix it as i am unfamliiar with the program

I want to delete all emails in my Yahoo inbox.


Go to the mail page. In the menu bar above your inbox, the line has Archive, Move, Delete, Spam, More for user commands. On the far left you will see a square box with a check mark beside it. Click the box and a check mark will fill the box. Now left click on the check mark to the right of the box you just clicked on. A menu box will appear with several selections, click on ALL. Now on the menu bar click on the Delete icon. Answer the questions that come up and every thing should disappear. This is the same instructions you would use for any of the other folders in your yahoo mail.

Clearing your computer's cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer is easy.
Clearing your permanently filed cookies will make your computer run a little bit faster, and eliminate the link between you and the websites you frequent.

Cookies are small files that websites store on your computer to remember your account information, login, password and who you are.

If you want to eliminate another party tracking your preferences, read on to learn how to clean up cookies on a computer.

Turn on your computer and allow it to boot up.
Open a Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser.

It doesn't matter what web page first loads.
Locate the "Tools" tab or icon on the top right hand corner of your screen.

Click on the tab or icon, so a drop-down menu appears.
Browse the list and find "Internet Options."

Use your mouse to left click on "Internet Options."

Notice a new box open on your screen.
The bar across the top of this new box should say "Internet Options."

Below this bar will be several tabs.
Use your mouse to left click on the "General" tab.

Scan the box and locate the section titled "Browsing History."
Read the description under browsing history to be sure it includes the option to delete temporary files, browsing history, cookies, saved passwords and web form information.

Under the description, you will see two boxes, "Delete" and "Settings."

Click on the "Delete" button.
A new bow will appear on your screen.

The bar across the top of the box will be labeled "Delete Browsing History."
Notice the options in this box include the ability to delete temporary Internet files, cookies, history, form data and passwords.

Select the button that says "Delete Cookies" if you wish to only delete the cookies data files.
If you would like to get rid of the history list of websites you have visited, all your logins, passwords and form data, select the "Delete All" button at the bottom of the box.

Selecting either "Delete Cookies" or "Delete All" will make another box appear on your screen. You will see a confirmation message asking if you're sure you'd like to complete this action. Select "Yes" or "No."

Selecting "Yes" will allow your computer to delete the cookies.

Deleting these temporary internet files only takes a minute or two.

If you haven't deleted the cookies in awhile a task bar may appear to show you're the progress of the delete.

When the computer is finished, simply close out all the extra boxes that popped up.

Yahoo Mail is one of the many Web-based email providers available for free on the Internet. Yahoo Mail offers users a fast-loading inbox, unlimited storage and spam filtering.
Subscribers can set up an Yahoo email account by filling out a registration form with a small amount of personal information and by choosing a username and password.
Once the account is set up, users can access their email account and other Yahoo services.
Navigate to Yahoo's homepage (see Below).

If you don't have an account, click "Sign Up" near the top of the page, fill out the registration form and submit the information.

Every time I try to delete all my messages it takes me to my inbox. How can I delete all messages without doing so one-by-one? How do I keep all spam off my e-mail? I have so many and would like to figure...


for you to delete all messages without doing it one by one, go to your inbox, click inbox, there is a small box next to the word "from", you just need to tick it and click delete. it will delete all messages on that page. once messages are deleted, in will give you the next page, just do the same.viperuz_0.jpg

and for you to keep off from spam, click on option at the top (beside sign out), select mail option, then click spam. make sure that "control spamguard" is ticked, then select "empty spam folder" to immediately.

Auto-save to Draft Yahoo! Mail Classic now saves the message you're working on (in Drafts) so you don't lose it in the event of a power outage, connection interruption or computer problem. And as always, you can save the most recent version by clicking Save Draft. Once you click Send to send the message, the draft is deleted from Drafts. To review it after that, just look in Sent! Downloading In most cases, downloading now requires only one click-on the attachment name in the message header. Stationery! Now you can choose the perfect background for any message. Click the far-right button on the Rich Text toolbar to view all your colorful stationery options. Message Header We made the From, To and Date information at the top of each email easier to read-and added the option to flag the message in the upper-left corner (click the flag). To view a message's full header, just click Full Header in the lower-right corner. One-click "Flag this message" Organize your most important messages! Just click the dot in the new Flag column-it's one over from the check-box column. If you're in the middle of reading a message you'd like to flag, click the gray flag in the upper-left corner of the window. Finally, if you want to see all your flagged messages grouped at the top of your Inbox (or any other folder), just click the flag at the top of the column. Bingo! Inline Signature If you've created a signature in More Options, you will now see it each time you open the Compose window to write a message. 2. Click on MAIL button on the left hand side of the Yahoo screen. Then clickon the INBOX on the left hand side above all those folders. 3. CHECK YAHOO EMAIL:
Click "check mail" in the far left corner. You do not have to usethis feature, it is optional. Most Yahoo email appears in bold type when itfirst arrives and is unread. 4. READING ORPRINTING EMAIL:
Click on the subject to read the message. Double-click to open the yahoo emailmessage to another tab. You also need to perform this function to print thebody of a yahoo email. Press the printer icon on top of your screen or insideyahoo. 5. REPLYING TO EMAILS:
If you would like to reply when you are finished reading the message, click the"reply" box on the top (or bottom) of the email and type yourmessage. It will appear above the message that was sent to you. 6. MANAGING EMAIL:

To add a yahoo email contact (address), click contacts, add contact inupper-left-hand corner. Type the first name and then skip down to the emailaddress. TO FORWARD AN EMAIL:

TIP: You could also type in SEVERAL email addresses to forward, just separatethem with a comma. 13. SPAM:
If you receive unwanted email, check the box to the right and click spam buttonon the top. This will tell Yahoo to send it to your bulk mail folder. Checkyour bulk mail folder periodically for emails you may want to save. 14. EMAIL ORGANIZATION:
Create a folder to store emails you want to save. (Optional) Click"Add" on the left beneath the folders section. Name the folder.Repeat the process for each file folder. You can add or delete to your emailfolders at any time. 15. SENDING ATTACHMENTS ANDPICTURES VIA EMAIL:

Can not open emails


This problem has something to do with the Cookies, Cache and Internet files of your internet browser. Try to clear the Cookies, Cache and Internet files of your browser. To do this, please follow the steps below:

* For Internet Explorer:
1. Run Internet Explorer and click on 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to Internet Options and locate the Browsing History section.
3. Click the 'Delete' button and delete the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
4. Close the Internet Explorer and re-open it.
5. Access your Netaddress e-mail.

* For Mozilla Firefox:
1. Run Firefox and hit 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to 'Clear Recent History' and click the drop-down arrow for 'Time range to clear'.
3. Select 'Everything' and then hit the 'Clear Now' button.
4. Close and re-open Firefox
5. Access your Netaddress e-mail.

If you want to delete all messages(spam) from your inbox just click on a box present left side of FROM button, it will select the all the messages now click on DELET button.It will delete all the messages from your inbox 1 page, then do it for all pages,it will delete the message pagewise.if you want delete spam messages there is option(EMPTY) nearer Spam button click on it it will delete whole spam mails.

Setup for how long mail stays in spam/bulk folders:

Click the bulk folder -> click "edit setting" at the top -> choose how many days you want messages to stay in the folder before deletion
