Its caused by the phone failing to load and start up properly i suggest you have the phone flashed at your nearest cellphone tech. to have the phone rebooted and moving up to speed again

Memory card


First let me know whether the memory card is detected by pc using PC suit.. If it does then ur adapter where ur inserting ur card is not working properly . get a new adapter and insert via memory card or 'direct' , it will work

Not saving


Make sure your memory stcik is inserted properly. Open up the camera... click on settings>save to>memory stick.. Enjoy!

call u'r network provider and and they will give you the configuration and proper guide to set ur gprs..it's because somehow other phones on their network are not supported
