I think i have a fuser error. When I print something the right side of the paper is very light in color. If I print multiple pages, it gets lighter by every page.

Put paper in the manual feed tray. Print. When the page gets half way into the printer, open the cover. Remove the toner. Look down at the paper. Is the right side lighter than the left? If yes, replace the toner cartridge. I don't believe that a fuser could cause your problem.

How do I know which toner cartridge needs replacing?

The printer will alert you when the cartridge is running low on the display of the unit itself and also on your computer screen in the lower right hand side corner with an error display. Each place will identify the cartridge that is running low until the level is too small to print. Then printing stops until the cartridge is changed.

change the cartridges. Theres nothing else that can alter the color like that without rewriting the drivers. B4 you do, take each one out, shake gently from side to side to even out any toner, and try again. If they print better, your toner is low.

If you have changed the toner cartridge, the printer must complete a calibration cycle (up to 150 seconds). If you open the door before the Ready indicator on the control panel lights up and the Error indicator turns off, the printer stops and repeats the calibration cycle.

1. On the printers' control panel, press the "right" button (labeled no. 3) once and then the "down" button (labeled no. 4) until you see the RESET MENU.
2. Press the "right" button (labeled no. 3) once.

Toner low, tone life end

There is a gear on the left hand side of the toner to reset the toner count this can cheated be rewinding it. Yes the design is to stop the refillers or at least slow them down a bit. If this fails purchase a new genuine toner but I have seen problems with the switch that resets the toner (Either the spring on the switch has popped off or the main board has failed).
