Problem for Polaroid FLM-3732 Television

Polaroid FLM-3732 Can not change picture settings

Have gone to menu and seleced brightness. Try to change, but note appears "must be in user mode". How do I change settings?

- The remote that came with my tv is broken, so I got a universal remote. It controls things like changing channels, but when I go to the menu, it says something about must be in user mode. - cavanauk_200

select picture mode.press right arrow button to change your picture mode {vivid,sport,hi bright]to change sitting you much choose user mode.the other settings are factor settings.
