Mitsubishi CS-26201. Can't get clear image on screen

My wife used VCR last night and then when she turned it off, the image on Mitsubishi CS-26201 it is connected to, we have image that floats and changes, like it is on parental lock. Not sure if she pushed wrong button on remote. Re-set to Antenna A. Went through memorization of channels. Even made sure parental lock was off. Still have have floating image this morning. If I change a channel. Image is there and then it floats away andis unclear.
