Question about SanDisk Sansa Fuze MP3 Player

I have the fuze 4 gb and i down loaded pic and see them there but the pic screen said unsupported media format can u help me and see what i need to do

Load them using Sansa Media Converter. You can find this on the sansa website. For videos convert them using media converter SA Edition 0.7 (can find at downloads.com). Then load with Sansa media converter.

Unsupported media format


If you select the load photo option it may give you a list of file formats, the same with the "save" option.
These will be correct file formats. Look around for any photo's that came with it too.

Videos will not work


You need the videos to be in MPEG-4 file format. Other formats will need to be converted by many of the free converters found by Googling "mpeg 4 converter"
