Need parts for Razr V3

You forgot to replace a small magnet that goes in the upper right corner of the cover (when closed) next to the screen. Try to put a magnet in the circular hole.

Hi - I just posted to you, you will need to replace your KeyPad flex cable, this is what is damaged - the cost of the part is about $15 or so, and you will be better to have a professional shop do it for you, if you can't find someone let me know, we do those all day long.

Sounds like you have the blue tooth on. I think that is what the blue light is for... The black screen I have no clue, i am sorry

you need to replace your microphone...take it to a mobile service center.....and have them replace it.

the problem your having is caused by a ribbon that connects the screen and the mainboard in the phone.
the ribbon seems to have either come loose or detached.other than that being a problem it will almost certainly be a screen issue where the lcd has burnt out.
but in my professional opinion it will almost certainly be a ribbon issue

If this isn't something you have tried before, I would HIGHLY recommend you take the phone and the part to a repair shop. This is a difficult procedure that does require special screwdrivers.

A repair shop will not charge you much for this at all, especially with the part in hand.

As you describe it, your problem is the keypad. Maybe dirty or wet inside though that part is a totally replaceable pad with a connector only so you must buy a replacement and replace the broken one.

About how to do that: being the razr a common phone is pretty sure you'll find guides, photos and maybe videos around the web, googling, guiding you on how to do it. Maybe the shop where you buy the replacement can have a forum or guides.
The other option is to pay a technician to do it.

There should be an alternate slot for the memory card to slip into besides the sim slot. just look it should be behind the battery cover but not behind the battery.

There is a little magnet in the inner half of the flip, below the screen. it is on the right side if you are looking at the phone as you would normally use it. I hope you kept the old housing...
