Pen drive can't be formatted

I can't open my 32 GB pen drive.When I am going to do this windows tell to formatt the drive,but when i choose yes it can't be formatted saying that "the drive have no specific file system(raw),windows can not format the drive".Please Help me...?

Partition and reformat using Disk Administrator, which is found in Computer Management under Administrative tools.
