Im guessing you have done this already, but reset your router and modem and switch off your ps3 then boot everything up again and see if that works. if not then try connecting your ps3 directly to your modem (again switch it all off unplug ethernet cables wire it to ps3 and switch it all on again) try it a couple of times, if this works then you have a problem with you router and probably need to do port forwarding or contact sky

My ps3 doesn't get the wireless connection because it ask me to press the aoss button and i don't know where is it can you help me please.

The AOSS (AirStation OneTouch Secure System) buttion is actually located on your wireless router. It is part of the Buffalo Technology system and allows secure wireless connections to ge setup with the touch of one button. Most wireless routers will have this type of button on the front panel. They are labeled differently by each company, but they will all function the same. This gives you the choice of pushing one button rather than having to manually enter the setup information. Check your manual for something similar to One Touch Setup.

I am trying to setup a wireless connection from playstation 3 to my PC. I have netcomm 3G wireless router. When I access the playstation 3 menu to change to wireless connection, it scans and reads the...

does it say the ssid of the netcomm if so just hit start start and accept the ssid then just use all the defaults to connect.

if the wireless is encrypted it may be asking for a network key and you have to find that. it would have been the wireless passcode that you set when setting up the router if it has one. by default there is not one.

Wired nor wireless connections for my ps3 wont work

if you setup your wireless in adhoc mode like useing the pc wirless it wont work because ps3 doesnt see adhoc wireless.

and for the ethernet connection is the pc setup right. you have to enable internet sharing on the accuall interface that has internet..
If local area connection 1 is connected to internet and local area connection 2 is plugged into ps3 then under local area connection 1 settings you have to set share this connection and in the drop down menu select local area connection 2. other than that you need to buy a router.

I want to get internet on my PS3

you must do some easy steps as following
you need to Connect your wireless routermag-glass_10x10.gif toyour modem.
You can do this by refering to your routers manual,or just connect them if you know what to do. Step2Once you have connected your router, turn it on,and check that itsrunning ok.Once you have checked that, hop on to your PS3. Step3 On the playstation,Head to settings -> network -> connection settings.

Then, select wireless connection and follow along with the set up.
If your router is not on Unsecured,i surgest you set up manualy then automatic. Step4 Once you have finished,Your playstation will say/tell you that the ip and internet connectionmag-glass_10x10.gif are ready. Step5 (WIRED CONNECTION).

For a wired connection, you will need a ethernet cable which you can pick up for $10 at your nearest electronic store. Step6 Connect the wire into the back of your modem, and the other end into your ps3. Step7Goto settings -> network -> connection settings and then selectwired connection.Follow the setup.(automatic is best for this setup) Step8 ONCE that is all done,Your ready to use the net on your ps3

Please rate if helpfully! :)

Connection interuptted wen playing online!

I am guessing the PS3 is hooked up through a router, either wired or wirelessly. You need to browse the router setup for the IP address of the PS3, then put the IP of the PS3 into the DMZ, also in the router setup. This should clear up any connection problems
