im guessing you have done this already, but reset your router and modem and switch off your ps3 then boot everything up again and see if that works. if not then try connecting your ps3 directly to your modem (again switch it all off unplug ethernet cables wire it to ps3 and switch it all on again) try it a couple of times, if this works then you have a problem with you router and probably need to do port forwarding or contact sky
