You may not need to upgrade your computer to play PC games. I recommend before you purchase a PC game, have a look at the PC requirements on the packaging on the box for that game you wish to buy and it will state the minimum PC requirements for that PC game.
If your motherboard has an AGP expansion slot the any AGP video card will work. There are a large range of makes and models with different performances from low end to high performance models. I suggest you Google search for AGP graphics cards and check out the specification and prices. Some computer games require high performance graphics cards and if you are into these games then check out the graphics card requirements for these games.
e2220 is the model number for the Intel Processor. It doesn't have integrated graphics or sound. You need to tell us what the video card and sound card is on the computer. If you are unsure, you can find this information on newer versions of Windows by going to the Control Panel > Device Manager, or through Control Panel > System > Device Manager and looking under "Display adapters" and "Sound video and game controllers." Once I have that, I'll should be able to help.
If this is a new build it sounds like you need more watts from the PS. You didn't say what your spec were...specifically the PS and graphics cards nor did you mention what other drives and stuff your running. If there is not enough juice to pull the call on power...you will have a PS that will start itself and then fireup nothing. Need specs to help you further.
