Question about 2K Games Saddle Up: Time to Ride for Windows

1 Answer

Vista D3DRM.DLL Gaming problem.

I recently brought Saddle Up : Time To Ride and it said it wouldn't working because I didn't have D3DRM.DLL. I downloaded it and placed in the System32 but it is still not working. Is there something else I could try?

This is because the direct x is not installed properly on your pc or has some files missing.try getting its latest version on the net.

If I have Windows Vista..will the game "Saddle up with Pippa Funnell" work?

No. It only works with XP and older Windows OS versions. (Both the company site and the Microsoft Compatibility Center give this response.) I don't think even the Run as Compatible option will help.

I wish that I could be of more help.

I can not install Boggle on a Vista system

You could try to rightclick the setup.exe, select properties, go to compatibility and run it in Win95 compatibility. You can also try to make a shortcut to the game, then doing the above. There could also be a map called DIrectX on the disk. Try opening the executable in there, install DirectX, then try the game again.
Otherwise you're out of luck. Microsoft doesn't support old games, gets you to buy new ones. I don't like it either, but there's nothing you can do about it but switch back to Win95

It says os not supported after download I have Windows Vista

Hello,

if it says os not supported that means that the game does not support your Operating Version.

It is most likely a version for Windows XP.
If you downloaded the game try to locate another installation file for Windows Vista.

Hope it helped.
