Look like the surface mount Capactors on the monitors circuit board have dried up. Open the monitors main housing ( not the screen side ) and pull out the circuit board that connects up to power and main brain cable. Look at the silver capacitors solder legs and if you see any that have corrosion then they have leaked out their acid and are faulty. Replace all if you want the job done right.

I have a Alpine CVA-1005: Mobile Multi Media Station and i can't get anything outa it????

If it is pre 2004 I'm pretty sure it will need a brain. Unfortunately, the only way you are going to get a brain for it is by going to ebay or pawn shops. You may even get lucky going to garage sales.

Get a TR-7 device from ebay. for 20 bucks it will bypass the parking break by issuing the correct sequence allowing you to view video while driving. However, remember many states outlaw this type of operation. They are specifically designed for the CVA1005 though.

You can just use an RCA to 3.5mm (headphone) cord in one of the AUX inputs. It will sound fine, you just can't control it from the radio that way.
