This sounds like a software configuration problem. If your email is web based, try adding you web mail host web address to the "safe" list in your browser.

Can you open the site in IE or Flock, or is it a mail client issue (such as MS Outlook or Thunderbird)?

Safari on my mac will not wok at all. They kept sending me the message to upgrade and when I did it shut down completely and it never sends me the info to my email so I can get it working again.

Need to know what model your laptop is and what operating system. However, here is a workaround:
You should be able to access the Internet through your ISP, without accessing your email account. Try it with Google. if you can got into the internet, download another browser, such as Firefox. Try accessing your email account from Firefox. You may have exceeded your log-in tries with Safari (3 times wrong and you're locked out) so enter a new password and remember it or write it down. Or, go to the library and try to access your email...again change your password and write it down. This will prove your email is still active. Your operating system may not support a later OS 10.4.11 on an old Mac Pro can't be updated.
Power PCs won't run an OS later than 10.5 (Leopard) Try updating your OS, then try for a later browser.

Did you check your browser's cookies? Maybe they are not deactivated. You can easily change this: start Explorer/Firefox/ Safari/etc. click on Extras/Internet options/Data protection (or Options/Accept cookies for Firefox/Safari) and drag the regulator to "medium" (for Safari click: "always"). Before you try logging in again you should restart your browser.

In addition, a firewall/proxy/router could prevent your PC from establishing a stable connection, so they need to be switched off.

It sounds like safari is having a problem with the way the webpage is set up. Try using another browser such as Chrome or Firefox and see if the same problem persists.

Zynga games are designed to be used with most browsers, however there are several documented issues surrounding Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) and Flash Content.
If you are using IE8 we suggest that you try a new browser such as Firefox 3+, Safari 4, or Google Chrome. Internet Explorer v.6 or 7 should also be acceptable.

I am using a MacBook with Safari and Yahoo Mail. I would like to be able to send Links in my email but cannot do it from Safari. I am only able to do this using Mail. Is there a solution?

I dont believe there is a way directly in safari. I would try to download firefox for free and try that. I have a new Macbook Pro and an older MacBook and they are both running firefox. Its more stable and has a lot of features that safari does not.
