My anti virus detected a trojan virus in the camera while i was transferring pictures. Could you tell me how to get rid of the virus from the camera device?

The virus isn-t in your camera, but in your memory card, yes. You must read your card on pc with card reader and scan the files for viruses, the same like other files in your pc.

I think my sigma sd14 has a virus. I just got it, it's new. Then I connected it via usb to my pc WHICH i forgot is extremely infected by virus. Now everytime i access my dslr it wont ON if my memory card...

Cameras do not get viruses. The effect of the virus may only be on the memory card of your camera. Try to format the card using your camera's built in feature. BEWARE though that you will lose all files in the card when you format it.

To resolve your virus problem in your computer, carefully follow these steps :

1. Download, update, and scan your computer using Malwarebytes from this link.
2. Delete all infections found by Malwarebytes then restart your computer.

My sony cybershot DSC-S950 effected with virus just i have retrive my photos at any cost.

use asoftech photo recovery program to scan your usb and then recover your files.
http://www.asoftech.com/apr/

This software scans all storage space on usb and then join pieces together to recover photos. So even virus affected your file table, and put virus to boot sector, the program can still be used to recover your photos.

You need to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

My mobile is infected by virus. the memory available is 1.8 gb. but the files are not shown in my card. how to fix it?

You don't have a virus. Probably the files you are looking for are in the phone's internal memory rather than in the card memory. You don't say what the make/model of your phone is, but it probably has a menu option somewhere to tell it where to save files, and to allow you to transfer files from the internal memory to the card and vice versa.

Memory card problems

what i did :
Tools>Folder Options...>View
i checked all options with title "display this and that kind of folders and files" and unchecked all "hide file" titles , and my real dcim folder appeared as transparent folder icon 100% usable.
if you already erased dcim.exe, try it anyway your folder should be there.

After copying your files from it format your memory card.
