Hello JustAskMe,
thanks for trying to help me with this.
What machine are you talking about? PC? PDA?
I don't think i have Toshiba..folder on my PC.. though i have toshiba laptop i tried to connect PDA to.
Will try to find Toshiba folder on my PDA.
thanks..
if it does not work, i will definately use your kind offer of live meeting.
Hi __Try to Uninstall the toshiba software. Also search for the Folder called Toshiba and remove that as well.____Then Re-Boot Your machine. ____Re-Install the Toshiba software and that should work.____If not we can do a live meeting and I can help you troubleshoot the problem.____VR____JustAskMe

Your PC
The folder usually holds program files for the toshiba pocket pc. Removing them allows the new loading of the Toshiba software to create a new folder and a new link to the software for Synch.
