Question about Apple iPod 4th Generation MP3 Player
It screen has darkened and it will not turn back on it's like it is frozen and won't unlock.you can barely see where it says connected but it is not moving and i have ejected it but it will not do anything HELP!!!
Try resetting the iPod with it connected to your computer. It should case it to refresh and light up and start charging/connecting to your computer. If this does not resolve your issue, please do let me know :)
Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.) Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step. Tip: If you are having difficulty resetting your iPod, set it on a flat surface. Make sure the finger pressing the Select button is not touching any part of the click wheel. Also make sure that you are pressing the Menu button toward the outside of the click wheel, and not near the center.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
