Question about Dell 922 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Dell Photo AIO Printer 922. I installed a brand-new color cartridge and no colors will print. I tried a simple Word document with three colors and the page was blank. Black prints just fine. The printer is about 4 years old. Please advise.
Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
