FIRST, FOLLOW THIS LINK: http://driverscollection.com/?file_id=33319
Second:
Type in the code and click Download File, scroll down a bit... there should be a blue link that says "Direct Link" Click the link. When the box pops up, Click SAVE. Make sure the "CLOSE THIS DIALOG BOX WHEN DOWNLOAD IS COMPLETE" is UNCHECKED. It may say something similar depending on XP or Vista. After the file is done click "OPEN" Afterwards double click the folder "SOUND DRIVERS" and then click a file named "SETUP.EXE" Note: There may be several files saying SETUP, try them all until a box informs you that you are installing the driver. Follow on screen instructions, and then your on your way to having a sound of a time with your Toshiba. If you have more questions please email me @ ThinkingComputers@yahoo.com . Thanks, James

Have virus

Get a good anti-virus application (I recommend the excellent and free AntiVir) and run a full system check. Remember to update the antivirus application with the latest virus definitions.
Also worth installing an anti malware application (I recommend Anti-Malware) and running a full system check as well.

My toshiba lap top keeps displayin the message "the installed program cannot start . click the ok button to turn off the computer . nothing has been installed . cannot load the lap top .

It seems your system is infected by virus... you need to run a virus scan with an up to date antivirus.. boot into the Safe Mode with networking and see if you can give a try with this or not.. Good luck.. nonontech@gmail.com

I have a toshiba lap top which works fine off line but when on line freezes and even ctrl alt del wont help have to turn it off and on again

Sounds like a virus/malware situation. Many of them are inactive until a network connection is detected. Try scanning your computer using Malwarebyte's Anti-malware and Grisoft's AVG antivirus. Both are free for home use.

Touchpad and keyboard stops functioning

Sounds like you didn't have a very good anti virus :P Thats the only thing I can think of that would cause this.

Download an Anti-Virus software (I reccomend AVG if you want a free but effective one) and run a full virus scan. This could take a while but will find any infected files or malicious software in your system. Tell AVG to get rid of the viruses and continue using your laptop again.

If the problem persists then post again and I'm sure somebody could give you an answer.

I would say you to use Mcafee. Norton is good but slow down the system a lot.
