I have Planetronics 320 bluetooth headset. I have set up on my cell phone, but it won't stay connected once I have turned it on in the morning.
I know I may be doing it wrong, but please help me.
Thanks for your help,
Pamela Tokajer

Once you make your cell phone discoverable, put the Plantronics
Explorer 320 headset into pairing mode by holding the call control button until
the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link for the
Explorer 320 User's Guide with the pairing instructions.
For all current Bluetooth headsets the passkey is 0000 (four zeros). If
the phone does not accept this code, please refer to your cell phone
user's guide to ensure the proper setup procedure.
Note: Powering your
cell phone off and on sometimes corrects this issue. You cannot change or personalize the PIN code/password of the Bluetooth headsets. It will always remain four zeros. There is a link below to the Plantronics 320 User's Guide which may help you also. Plantronics 320 User's Guide
I would suggest turning off your phone and headset. Turn your phone back
on and put the headset into pairing mode (the headset needs to be
turned off when starting the pairing mode) pull up your menu on your
Bluetooth phone and try reconnecting the two again.
Below is the Explorer 320 User's Guide for more information.
Hold for 10sec or more upto when blinks and stop at long time, serach bluetooth device in mobile after search it shows BH320, Enter 0000 to connect device to mobile.
1.Press and hold the Multifunction button in the middle of a boom headset while the headset is closed. The light will glow blue.2.Open the boom microphone and the blue light should remain on. If not, repeat step 1. 3.On the cell phone, press Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth > Handsfree > New Device 4.Select Explorer 220 once a connection is detected. 5.The passkey "0000" is now entered to confirm the connection has been made. 6.The cell phone screen will now read "Bluetooth Connection".
Tips: 1.Provided you set the Bluetooth power to "On" after the initial connection has been made, the phone will automatically re-connect to the headset. 2.To set the Bluetooth power on - Press Menu, Select Settings, then Connections, then Bluetooth link, scroll to Setup and select that. Scroll to Power and chose Change. Scroll to On and press Select. The screen should now read "Changed: Power On". 3.Test Your Connection: Close the headset and watch for cell phone to say "Disconnected". Re-open the headset and the phone should be connected automatically and will now display "Bluetooth Connected".

Here is a link to an Explorer 320 User's Guide, that will help you with your connecting to the phone. The instructions for pairing would be the same for the 320.
Place the headset in pairing mode so your phone will find it.
Once the headset is in "Pairing" mode you will then need to follow the instructions in your cell phone or Bluetooth device's user guide on how to go it to your phone and search for the headset & pair it to a Bluetooth headset.
To place the 320 Explorer in "pairing mode"
Begin with the headset turned off. Press and hold down the silver call control button in for 6-10 seconds. The light will flash blue first. Continue to hold the button down then release the button when the indicator light starts flashing red then blue.

Go to this website, and scroll down to Interactive Bluetooth Pairing Guide. (Plantronics 330 - V555 doesn't show 320 and instructions will be similiar). Click on Interactive Bluetooth Pairing Guide and a tutorial will walk you through the steps. Have headset and phone together when you do this and both must be charged. Hope this was helpful. Pam
