Retry flashing you bios with your original bios again your missing a step along the way re trace your steps before you flashed the bios does the cmos still have the same voltage after soldering? the bios should come back. I hope the cmos chip didn't go bad.
Hey everybody with problems on laptops please retrace your steps in what you did before the crash . whats the last thing you did before the crash. Don't fix anything if It ain't Broken. Backup everything, get the manual of the laptop in question try downloading if you don't have. keep a cooling distance under your laptop so it doesn't over heat and cause problems.retrace everything when you Crash. Update to my trouble. Camone311 thanks for the reply. I tried your solution but nothing happened. I desoldered the look a like watch battery and resoldered again. But still when powering on the hardisk light indicator will only lit up then after few second only the power indicator near battery indicator is in standby. No display will be shown in monitor. I was thinking flashing the bios in external programming with the original version but I dont know if this is possible.

Answer:
There is only two instructions I found in the .exe when flashing the bios. Hit the flash botton then confirm to restart when finished flashing. Then after the restart state it will definitely beep indicating board is already poweredIs but in this case it does'nt even beeb Just light up the power led then no more. Is there any way to flash the bios in dos mode using hidden service mode with keyboard shortcut? If it does'nt have then maybe the cmos chip is really going bad. Yes the voltage from the bat. after resoldering is still the same at around 2.5v

Answer: I have'nt backuped the bios 1.2v because of no option found for backuping and restore after trouble. What I remember before the crash is downloaded the bios update for TravelMate 3210 then after dl. open the program I've seen and hit Flash/Update Botton some minutes after it says finished flashing reboot the computer option is popup then I hit "OK" botton.
If I mistaken flash the bios then is fine what I was expecting is a warning from the software program will say after automatically scanned my system hardware for compatibility is.... "this version is not compatible to your bios". But sadly the software does'nt have the feature so I think many user will encounter this trouble again. Hoping the Acer technical support is watching this trouble of mine. At all thanks for the replies.
i have the same problem as you. i also want to know how to fix it too
