Question about Atari Video Game Consoles & Games
I PURCHASED DEER HUNTER TOURNAMENT FOR MY GRANDSON AND WE ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH IT. WE CAN INSTALL IT, BUT WHEN HE GOES TO PLAY WE GET THE MESSAGE THAT THERE IS A MICROSOFT ERROR. WE HAVE SENT THE REPORT AS PROMPTED TO MICROSOFT. MY COMPUTER HAS WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION. IS THIS GAME CAPATABLE? THANK YOU.
If you have XP you uninstall your game. reboot and press F9. go to safemode and fire up the autorun. if nothing happens when you press install you restart your computer and log in your normal user. Then you install your game and it should work perfectly =) had the same problem in red alert 2 and after i did that i had no problems.
but if you can install it in safe mode just continue and it also should work =) (remember to install it for all users)

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
