Fh code when filling but it has water flowing to it.
See this causes and fix it. God bless you
FH
No water detected entering machine or pressure switch trip not detected
If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine,
the valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.
OR
If the control has turned the water valves on, and after 8 minutes,
the flow sensor has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but
has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off,
and the error code will flash.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
Possible Causes / Procedure
• If there is no water in the unit:
- Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the
way.
- Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet
valves.
- Verify inlet valve operation.
• If there is water in the unit:
- Verify drain pump operation.
- Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly
connected to tub
and pressure switch.
1. Verify there is not a siphon problem.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves, pressure switch, drain
pump, flow meter,
and Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Check all hoses for possible leaks.
5. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
6. Verify pressure switch operation.
7. Verify flow meter operation by blowing air through the part and
measuring the resistance.
8. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or any cycle.
Replace failed component.

SOURCE: Filling With Water
This is probably a control board failure, which should be replaced by someone familiar with them.
If you are handy, you can do it yourself.

The "FH" error can have several causes, so this can sometimes be a tricky problem to diagnose. Some of these error codes can also be erroneous. The first step to troubleshooting your problem should be to unplug the washer for at least 30 minutes in an attempt to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). This is the main computer (or brain) of the washer. Sometimes this is all it takes to correct minor glitches. If your error code reappears following a reset, then you know you have a genuine problem. If the "FH" error persists, the following link explains what to do:

Although, you may be correct in your assumption of a possible water inlet valve problem, I would recommend you read through the link provided and try to eliminate the easy things first. Check your installation for a possible siphoning issue, followed by a check of the drain pump. If those items check good, check the sediment screens in the water inlet valve. If you live in an area that has hard water, or if you use well water, the sediment screens can become clogged with deposits and debris. If you suspect a clogged inlet valve you can also remove it and thoroughly clean it in a 50/50 solution of water and distilled vinegar. Allow the inlet valve to soak in the solution for about half an hour and flush real well with clean water. Avoid submerging the solenoids and electrical connections, or getting them wet.

First try turning off the machine for 30 minutes. Then check your inlet valve. Shut off valve, switch off machine & see if the water comes full flow. Check the filters on the machine inlet entry, they could be blocked, clean out.
The FH indicates a fill failure and this is usually caused by a bad water valve, flow meter or pressure switch.
One key to determining the cause of the FH error is how fast the error comes up in a cycle. If the error appears within 1 or 2 minutes then the most likely cause will be the water valve or flow meter.
If the error doesn't appear for several minutes then the pressure switch can be the source of the problem.
Both water valves must be turned on and working. Even if a cold wash is selected at some point during the fill the hot water valve will be energized and if there is no water then the FH error will show up. Sometimes a consumer will turn the hot water valve off to save energy but you can't turn one valve off on this washer.
Inlet valves can be purchased thru the net and fitted by you easily.
First try turning off the machine for 30 minutes. Still FH? Next check your inlet valve. Shut off valve, switch off machine & see if the water comes full flow. Check the filters on the machine inlet entry, they could be blocked, clean out.
