FWIW, here's a link to Crosly online support. The only phone number I know of is 1-866-CROSLEY. I suspect you might have better luck with a reliable local stereo/audio technician. Sorry I couldn't offer more hopeful advice...

actual old units (not sure about modern nostalgics) sometimes had a lever that said 7 or 12 inches for 45's or 33's this would tell the mechanism when to set down the arm. If your unit does not have something like this then it sounds like an internal failure that would require it being opened by a tech or sent in for warranty repair.
