I had the same problem with my WS65907. If you know a little about electronics and how to solder, you can fix this yourself. First you're going to have to carefully remove the PC board from the TV. There are four "pico" fuses located by the regulator. check the ohms across each one. I found two of mine were "open". I replaced them for $1.49 Ea.

You have a contaminated picture tube. One of the three (red, blue, green) will need replacement fluid. The best source with instructions on how to do this, is to see the website. TVRepairKits.com. They will have complete instructions and photos. I have used this site and quite impressed. Thanks for asking and show all hands of support!

There are 4 plastic plugs, two on each side, that cover the 4 screws that hold the top to the bottom. You will need an allen wrench to unscrew. You will have to take off screws from the back panel, and also pull the speaker grille off to unplug the wires going to the control panel when you split in half.
