Question about Packard Bell (030069) Sound Card
Go into the cotrol panel, start, settings, control panel, look in system, device manager an finally hardware. There you will find a listing of all hardwarethat is inside your computer, first you will have to see if there is a care that is seperate, or what is called onboard sound, meaning it's built in to the motherboard. look at the hardware in the device mgr, and locate the microphone. For a quick way to see your sound panel and determine what hardware is there click on the speaker on the task bar on the right side, opposite the start button, it should bring up a panel with the sound settings on it, make sure microphone is unchecked, or it will mute the mic. you should be able to figur everything out with the above 2 methods. good luck
