I can't get pictures on my file manager a sharper image

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, this would all depend on how "sharp an image" is the original "picture file". If it were copied/capture from the Internet, then the resolution would be relatively low not unless otherwise specified. The same circumstances from some mobile phones. If however, the picture file is from a digital camera and/or as long as the resolution is relatively high, then there would be no reason for the image to be grainy or low quality.

Some file managers create a thumbnail image of the real image but on a lower resolution. The reason of which is to be able to display the images faster. However, said images when viewed alone would be on the real resolution level.

What exactly is the brand and model of your computer as well as the operating system... non sharp pictures can be anything from an improper video driver (very likely) to improper settings in your visual settings reaced thru control panel

Right click on the images you want and use "cut", copy image, save image, etc

Try to use or change the resolution of your video card into higher pixel. or better to change for a new videocard.

You can simply copy and paste it. Use a USB flash drive if you wanna transfer your images.

Make sure you have a copy of the pictures on your computer (or somewhere other than the keychain), then let it format. Then put the pictures you want on it back on.

Who could I send the blade interior section to to replace a broken part?


If you purchased it before 2008, nobody. Sharper image went bankrupt and was bought by another co who does NOT warranty or repair older products. Below is excerpt from their site:

A. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you with products purchased from the Former Sharper Image Company, which filed for bankruptcy on February 19, 2008. We are a new company offering new and innovative Sharper Image products.

Purchased a sharper image mp4 player from avon. can not download music, video or pictures. can not even get any help to explain why it will not work. anyone have any answers???????


you have to sure the video are the rignt format
Just get this tool to help you.
1. load your file to Video Sharer
2. choose mp4 format
3. click" convert" button.
Then you will get the right format.

My sharper image touch mp3 player won't play .avi files.


The problem is that the player of this MP3 has a corrupted program. If this device could play .avi and .mp4 before, you need to contact the manufacturer and have them reloaded the program.

But if you haven't tried playing .avi and .mp4 file format before, then refer to the user manual to verify it this device supports those video file format.

The Sharper Image 2GB Mp3 (1612788) Is Not Copying Music Files


The Sharper image 2gb player will only allow 131 entries in the root directory. Create a new folder, just like on your computer, and then add music files to that folder. I have not tested if there is a file limit in a new folder.

When you hook it into your computer, go to My Computer and right click the keychain and see if there is a format, you may need to format it for your computer

Sharper Image GP Silent Air Purifier with Ionic Breeze s1730


i have 2 units, and had this same issue happen 3 times. Tonight it happened with a forth, last time i had to talk to management to get it replaced outside of warranty. Ionic breeze has major quality issues, and I would NOT buy anything else from sharper image. They also reduced the warranty from the original model drastically. for the price these were, they should be covered lifetime to show their commitment to their product. there is also a class action lawsuit against sharper image, for their false claims for the product...i believe sharper image chose to settle.
