No clock display

Display for clock is not displaying cannot use timer everything else is good so far

Hello - Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately two minutes and turn on the range. Attempt setting the clock, if it is ineffective then I would suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately. The range may possibly have a faulty wiring or a communication issue with the EOC.

Oven , light and fan not working new element fitted 2months

Sometimes the timer display fades but still working in background, if all dead now then probably means you need new timer as ovens shouldn't work if clocks not set to manual mode.
Try turning oven on then messing with buttons, usually the 2 left buttons and one far right should do trick.. push 2 left first, keeping them pressed push far right!

Here's HB88RC programming from the top:
Remove batrery from back of timer to reset timer and clear everything.
Re-install AA battery in timer so display will show, and you can program

On my intermatic HB88RC,I replaced the battery because it was dead and now it shows 44:44 on the display can this be reset?

HB88RC is 7-day plug-in digital outdoor timer that uses AA battery installed on back of timer to power the display.
People write to fixya frequently report Intermatic timer stops working after replacing battery.

To check if your timer is still functional:
Press and hold clock button.
Press Day button until current day shows in display.
Press Hour until current hour shows in display
Press MIN until current minute show in display
Release clock button.

If current time shows in display, then timer is probably still good.

To set programs:
step 1) Press PROG button until 1 and ON show on display.
This is program1 ON.
Press day button until choice of days shows for program1 ON
Press hour until hour for program1 ON shows
Press MIN until minute for program1 ON shows.

step 2) Press PROG button until 1 and OFF show on display
This is program1 OFF.
Press day button until choice of days shows for program1 OFF
Press hour until hour for program1 OFF shows

step 3) Press PROG button until 2 and ON show on display

Plug timer in wall for 1-2 hours so rechargeable battery charges
If display does not show after 1-2 hours, the battery is dead and timer is no good

After 1-2 hours, you can remove timer from wall to program

Press reset (R) with paper clip to clear memory

Select format: Press and hold Clock button until 12 hour or 24 hour shows on display, then release
Press hour button to change display to 12H
press Clock button and display returns to normal
AM shows in upper left corner

Set current time:
Press and HOLD clock button
While holding clock button, press hour button and minute button until display shows current time
Release clock button
Press and HOLD days button until current day shows in display
Release days button

Further instructions to set ON-OFF times are in manual (click link shown above for manual)

Clock problem

had same problem but didn't fix it because i don't use the clock. after a few months it got worse, can't set the time (clock always flashing) so the oven doesn't work.
