Go to your Control Panel, Programs and Features. View installed updates. Find the update done for Google Chrome, and uninstall it. That should put you back to the former Google Chrome.
Another way would be to go into your recovery, and find the date Chrome was updated, then restore to the day before.
Doing that however, will uninstall any other programs added after that date. If they are regular MS updates, they will show up again for installation.
If you manually installed programs, you will have to re-install any after that date. The recovery program gives you thechoice to see what programs will be affected.

Find the Chrome update and uninstall it. That should take you back to the older version of Chrome.
Make sure it is the update and not the program itself.

Were there any changes made in your computer before the problem occurred?

I suggest that you uinstall google chrome and reinstall it back to your computer. that file is connect with it.

If it does not fix the problem, then do the system restore by going to start > programs > accessories > system tools > system restore

When you are inside the system restore control panel, just follow the on-screen instructions and select the date when the issue was not yet there. Then complete the steps. The computer will restart and check if it fixes the problem.

I also suggest that you install RadarSync to your computer. It's an automatic PC updater it works to Windows XP and other operating systems. It get rids of software problems. It runs in the background.

That is your msn messenger that is corrupt you can run msconfig in the run command then go to startup look for msn messenger click the check box next to it then restart this error sould disappear.
