I have problams with my canon ir2320 error e000007-0000

The error code indicates laser scanning unit fail. Pl. check the harness and DCNT board. Cleaning LSU optical path with lint free cloth may resolve the problem but is very rare.

what is the error of your copier the one you ask?

The error code is related to the laser. I never had to replace one yet. You're most likely dealing with a bad drum. Look to see how long the drum has been in the copier, if longer than 21,000 copies then try a new drum. If you just put one in then try another one or put the old one back in to see if the error returns. I learned this the hard way by replacing several expensive components before changing the drum again. It solved the problem. Good luck
