Hello Baido, The SEEM table is a part of the phone's firmware. If they are damaged, they can't be restored by restarting or other methods. You will need to have the phone's firmware rewritten. You can achieve this by downloading a proper firmware for your phone and a program called "RSD" , if you want to do the update on your own. If you have any questions please ask. Good luck.
