Anyone know where i can get a piezo sonsor for a rock band drum?

Link to buy: http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=piezo+sensor&tag=googhydr-20&index=aps&hvadid=31423294845&hvpos=1s2&hvexid=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2010937639699933294&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=b&hvdev=c&ref=pd_sl_7k7dy17q82_b

TRY REPAIR IT

fgm2iqnfpwwysfo.large.jpg f9xds7gfpwwysfr.large.jpg Continuing the tradition of quick, cheap, easy repairs of Rock Band and Guitar Hero instruments, we present the repair of a drum trigger that doesn't respond (or responds only to really hard hits). fgm2iqnfpwwysfo.large.jpg As long as nothing is actually broken or disconnected, it's likely that the piezoelectric sensor is just not getting squeezed enough to trigger a hit.

Pull off the drum pad (four rubber pointy things hold each in place), but be careful not to pull out the wires. For more information about removing the pad, check either of the links above. It should look something like this when removed. f9xds7gfpwwysfr.large.jpg fgm2iqnfpwwysfo.large.jpg To make sure the piezoelectric sensor will register a hit, cut a piece of an eraser (or similar material) and put it between the spring and the rubber that rests against the piezoelectric material.

Replace the two screws that you removed earlier, test it, and reassemble.

The base peddle sometimes doesnt register or goes off just a second after i press it. When no other pads are in use it works fine. Any advice on what i should do. Im experienced in electronics and im broke...

The bass pedals (domes) are really cheesy...consider getting a regular pedal/beater/sensor like they use on the electronic drum sets... that is what I am doing.

Xbox 360 has stopped recognising my Rock Band drum kit which has worked perfectly well for the last 9 months (although not used for a couple of months). (I've changed the batteries). guitars work fine but...

some rockband wireless drumkits were faulty on release. they said to send them in and they would fix them at no charge. just go to the websites for the game it should still be up there. if not, i have a wired drumkit that works, just needs kick pedal im gonna get rid of for just shipping LOL.

Everything else works on the drum set besides the bass drum pedal

i had the same problem but when i hit the set as hard as i could the bass worked without using the pedal. there was a wire on the inside that was probly disconected, i took it back and got the warenty,
if you have the recept try asking if you can return it for a new one becouse it has problemes on the inside of the dumb set, i also knew it wasent the pedal tho becouse i had bought a new one at bestbuy. i took it back and got a new set and it works perfect no matter how hard i hit it

Drum set for xbox 360 rock band 2

to sync: hit the sync button on the drum set and the xbox at the same time, you may have to hold the one on the set.

other problem: make sure you have good batteries in it, make sure the set is synced with the television, go into the freeplay mode under the drum trainer and do a drum roll on your yellow pad- if it skips some notes you either have to deal with the bad pads or you can send it in or get a new set all in all

Rock band for WII, blue drum pad stopped working

CHECK INSIDE DRUMSET HOUSING UNDER WHERE THE BLUE PAD ATTATCHES. THERE SHOULD BE 2 WIRES CONNECTED WITH SOLDER. IF 1 OR BOTH HAVE COME OFF THEY WILL NEED TO BE REATTATCHED WITH SOLDER.

Kick pedal for rock band dosent work

I acutually snapped my rock band kick pedal in half and discovered alot about it. The way the kick pedal actually works is with a little magnet thats under the orange part. if your orange bar piece fell of or anything check that or take a magnet and tap the top of the kick pedal near were the wire comes out and if it reacts on the game then theres nothing wrong with the kick pedal just check the little magnet make sure its there. After I broke my kick pedal i went out and cut a piece of diamond plate metal in the shape of a foot and basically made another pedal piece and welded bigger magnet on it and now it reacts on time and alot better it seems cause its heavier. Hope this helps!!

Rock band instruments will not work with guitar hero world tour

Rock Band and Guitar Hero instruments are NOT compatible on the Wii. They are compatible on the 360, the PS3, and the RB drums for PS2. Activision went their own way with the Wii and made life difficult for all of the aspiring musicians on the Wii. Sorry.
