Question about Lexmark X5470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Any USB printer cable will do, and what makes it work for a printer is how each end is shaped. These same cables work for many other devices as well, and are probably the most common USB cables, along with the mini cables used for digital cameras.
I'm posting a link to one on Amazon, only because it has a good picture of both ends, I am not affiliated with Amazon or Belkin, nor do I recommend this particular cable over any others. But this one would work just fine.
Copy and past that into your browser to see it. If you go to a store and ask for one, they may try to talk you into a very expensive one (more than $20 say). Don't pay that much for it. The quality matters, but the cables they try to sell you in stores are way overpriced! They have a huge markup on them.
