Your phone says "Emergency
calls only" that means your phone is locked to particular network. To
solve this problem, your need to get Your phone unlocked. You can unlock your
Samsung U900 phone from Network lock using unlock code. Unlock code is
the best and safest way to unlock phone. You can get the unlock code for your
phone from any third party online vendors like
Mobile-Unlocker.com here you need to specify
your country, Network name to which it is locked, IMEI number of your phone.
Then they deliver unlock code to you through mail with unlocking instructions.
Using this you can unlock your phone from Network lock easily.
This strictly depends on your email account, for theses POP3, SMTP, IMAP4 accounts you need to know the addresses or ip addresses, eg for google mail its pop.gmail.com port 995, and SMTP.gmail.com port 465,You must know the pop, and SMTP for your mail. please revert if this is not sufficient
try going to menu - settings - call settings - voice calls - call diverting
this will give you the options for sending calls to voicemail (or another number if you wish) after a certain amount of time or if you arent getting a signal etc
if you chose the option 'cancel all' though in this menu it should stop calls going to voicemail
