What is the UTC mode for?

On Breitling Airwolf what do I use the UTC for. Also how do i get from one mode to another. I get there by turning the knob but it takes a lot of turning to get fronm one to another. Is there any other way?

SOURCE: Breitling Airwolf analog/digital time sync

On the Breitling there is a "mode" button. Pressing this cycles between the various modes - Time in Zone one, Time in zone two, alarm 1, alarm 2 and so on. The mode you are in is displayed in the mode window and while that is displayed moving the analog hands also moves the digital figures.
At one point though pressing the mode button results in a blank in the mode window. This is in fact NUL mode. In that mode changing the hands does NOT change the digital display so in this mode you can synchronise hands with digital.
Nul mode is easy to miss because the mode panel is just blank so its easy to think that the watch is just not responding to pressing the mode button!

Second Hand not Moving on Breitling Airwolf Digital/Analog Watch

Sounds like the watch might have taken a hard jar, maybe it was dropped...
and now the second hand has lost it's "grip". If you are comfortable with taking the movement out and you happen to know how. Great
otherwise, take it to an authorized dealer and they will use a pin vise
to clamp the opening down and downsize the opening in the end of the second hand shaft that goes on the sweep second pinion .
There is the possibility that it is something else, but this is the most likely.

Utc Dial does not match Digital utc readout and I can't for the life of me figure out how to sync them

I finally figured this out... You must zero all the hands by setting the mode to CHR and pulling the stem to the second stop. Go through the process of setting the hour and second hand to zero. The secret is that zeroing the MINUTE hand also controls the UTC display zeroing. You will have to crank it until the UTC display reads 0:00 (24:00). Then go back and set the time and so on as usual.

It's very difficult to adjust my breitling aerospace. When i turn the knob the watch barely responds. sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. Even when i turn the knob very fast. What can be the...

Normally this is from the crown and case tube being dirty. This slows down the rate at which the crown can be turned so the switch inside cannot get triggered to move the hands quicker. Sometimes the turning action can also be so that the switches do not actually 'see' the crown was turned and so the hands do not move.

The solution is to have your watch serviced.

Hope this helps.
