If you already replaced a new inverter board and T-con board and the problem is still there.Try to play the video on the DVD,if the video is OK check the cable connection and try to run auto scan. If the problem is still there check the input supply of the system board or main board it should have 5vdc and 12vdc,if it is OK replace the system board.

Hello. It does not look like there is something wrong with electronics in your TV. Most likely settings for picture are got messed up. It could be TV settings or source (cable box, etc. settings). Using remote control of your TV find picture settings in menu and make sure it set to "standard" instead of "zoom", "stretch", "wide" etc. You might need to do the same with cable/satellite box menu. Some devices have button "picture" or "format" on remote control for this purpose. You can also connect DVD player first and see if picture is stretched as well to determine if it is TV settings are wrong or it is outside of TV set. Regards. Russ.
