Cannot connect my ds or nintendo wii to buffalo wca gaming access

I bought this last weekend as i do not have a wireless broadband hub, i only have wired internet, i was told that when this buffalo wifi gaming access point is pluged into my internet hub i would be able to play my ds and wii online via AOSS.

Unfortunately i cannot get this to work, my ds or wii connects to the buffola device at first but when i do a test connection it says, error code : 52000. Unable to obtain an ip address or double check ssid settings. i paid £30.00 for this and feel ripped off so please please help!!

Thanks

If as "wired internet " you mean HI-SPEED internet access then .... Follow the instruction as per this manual
Be Sure it's connected to your Hi speed Modem.
If you do not have Hi speed connection It will NOT work at all.

Associate wireless router to my home hub

If your Home Hub is a BT type internet hub, then you can connect the WAN port to the Ethernet port on the Hub.

This means it will go through two routers. One in the Hub and another in the Edimax. The Edimax needs to be configured as a bridge, because you need to keep within the same address range as the BT router. The Edimax DHCP allocation of IP addresses need to be disabled. This is not on the web site.

I'm looking for the internet on my DS But i can't because it kept not connecting to my wi-fi

Nintendo DS sometimes doesn't support WPA/WPA2 security, that why your DS can't connect to your wifi. So Just disable the security on your wireless network or set the security to WEP ( the lowest encryption ).

Not if Wifi connection is turned off. You may need to get a new connection and be able to keep the old one for no price. I dont know how to create a new wireless "wifi" allowed net, so you may need to ask around for help.
