All you do is plugin the keychain to your computer, (make sure you push the cable all the way into the keychain), the softwre should auto popup on your computer screen.

If not, connect, then go to 'Computer under your start button, it will be labeled as a CD rom drive, double click it to access it.

chyeck for the program in control panel if it is installed then check the installed program in all programs n then configure it using the recommende setting

I hope your trying to connect the device to your computer. If so try uninstalling the software completly rebooting the pc then reinstalling the software

You have to push the USB cable into the keychain until it pops. Push it in hard! I thought mine was all the way in because the keychain lit up, but it wasn't.

We had the same problem and you won't believe how simple the actual fix was!!! When you plug the USB plug into the keychain device or whatever device you are using (in our case it was a keychain), make absolutely certain that the plug is pushed in all the way (it is tough to push in) until it actually clicks and all you see is the black part of the USB plug. Then try your software. It should work!!!
