There most likely is a warranty that came with the telescope. Check on the instructions to see if there is an address, telephone number or web site you can go to for repair. If you are having problems with the telescope right out of the box, you can quite often return it to the store where you got it and exchange it for another one. I've had to do that myself.

I am sorry but there are no manuals specific to that telescope. However Bushnell maintains a web site with all of their manuals. Find one on their site below that is similar to your telescope-- they all assemble and are used in the same way by telescope "type". http://www.opticsplanet.net/bushnell-warranty.html
Sorry no manuals for that brand of telescope on the internet. However Bushnell has a web site with their manuals. Find one that is similar to your scope here: http://www.opticsplanet.net/bushnell-warranty.html
Here is the Meade telescope web site, look around under REFRACTORS or REFLECTORS for one that is similar to your telescope -- the manuals are a free download. Most telescopes are assembled in a similar fashion --- and the manuals also have suggestions for using the telescope.
