Question about Samsung RS2534 Side by Side Refrigerator
The ice maker is stuck in the flipped (down) position when it last dropped ice cubes. I tried the reset button but it does not move. There is a small amount of ice accumulation at the front of the unit where the ice drops down to the dispenser. Does anyone have information on this issue?
Did that work?

Hi - Is the wire signal arm in a stuck position or has any ice cubes stuck? If so, try turning it off and remove any ice cubes stuck to the wire signal arm or body of the ice maker and wait approximately 8 hrs. Should these suggestions prove to be ineffective and ice maker continues to freezer up, I recommend contacting a professional to properly diagnose and repair the unit.
