Fuel cap venting or what?
SOURCE: poulan 2150 w/ walbro wt324 carb fuel line reassembly
the fule line that comes from the filter/ pick up will go straight to the nipple usualy the one closest to the middle of the carby.
the other hose comes from the carby to the in or **** side( punp it you can feel it)of the primer and then goes to the tank that is the return/ prime, nothing is conected to it in the tank. if you have the carby one the wrong way around it will not prime. just swap them over..

its pretty easy to do with a file. first make sure you buy the right size file to fit right in the tooth. look closley at the chain and figure how to place the file on it. the point is to sharpen the side and top of the cutting part of the tooth .always file one way away from yourself. hold the file at an 45 DEGREE angle, and push forward. the trick is to push forward and up at the same time, and always go one direction. start on one side and mark your starting point with tape, go down one side then flip the saw and down the other. you dont have to push hard just enough to were you can see tiny metal fall off. lemme know if you have a problem
SOURCE: I may have lines on Backwards??
filtered line from tank goes into top inlet at carb. bottom inlet receives line that goes to carb side of primer {draw side} 3rd line goes from push side of bulb bach to fuel tank.

You may need to use a jumper wire between the threaded part of the plug and the cooling fins. There is no need to bend the electrode. HTH

It may be flooded too. You shouldn't need to choke it for more than 2-3 pulls.
Husky (cold):
1, Ignition on/off to on
2. Pull (close) choke (also sets fat idle); pull starter and listen for an attempt to start. once heard (usually twice)
3. Push (open) choke (fast idle maintained) pull starter until it starts. Usually first pull)
Warm:
1., 2. (without pulling starter), 3..
Hope this helps
