Question about Apple iPod nano
Oh my god! Bought an 8gb OEM mp3 player from ebay this week. Managed to get some proper English instructions and actually got 2 CDs on it. Tonight I've done something stupid (don't know what) and now when I turn it on I just get an hour glass. It's just frozen. Please help!! It doesn't matter what I press, the hourglass just stays there and I haven't a clue what to do. I just feel like throwing the damned thing through the window! Should I???!!! Carole
I think we bought from the same people, can you tell me where to get some english instructions?

Don't throw it out - yet! If your iPod nano is not responding, you need to manually reset it. The instructions are in the manual; but I have typed them below for your reference: Slide the Hold switch to HOLD and back again. Then press the Menu and Center buttons at the same time for about 6 Seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
