Question about Kodak EasyShare Thermal Photo Printer
The print head needs to be released. One solution that worked for me was to: unplug the power source, hold down the left arrow key and the transfer key together. Plug the power cord back in. Hold keys down for 10 seconds or longer then release. This is supposed to release the print head and allow the cartridge to pop out when releasing the little green tab that holds the cartridge in. The key is you have to release the print head if you try prying or forcing you can possibly damage the printer beyond repair.
