Question about Dryers
We were just given a Kenmore electric dryer 90 series - it will start but suddenly stop and we have to wait a minute before it will start again.
Help :-) I seem to be having a similiar problem with my Series 80 dryer..It will run a load then halfway through the second load it will stop working..the timer don't even tick...After awile It will start back up like nothing happened...To get it to start , I do have to push the start button? Is something getting to hot? That needs to cool before it can be started and the drum also started squeeking....
Hello , Sounds like your motor is over heating , it will run until the sensor shuts it down from getting to hot , it is most likley because the motor is covered in lint and needs cleaned. Hope that helps.
