Make sure the green plug from the speaker bar is plugged into the green plug on the back of your computer. If it is plugged into the wrong jack you will not get sound. Hope this helps.

Speakers stopped working

It's more than likely your audio device driver. You may need to install or update the driver before the audio will output sound, or a speaker icon can be added to your systray.
Tell us in more detail about your computer system and we may be able to point you to the driver for download.

Hello at the frist time that i work with my loptob i can hear sound frome the speaker but when i reinestall win xp i can not hear sound from the speaker bou i can hear it from headseat

Hi there, it could be a couple of different things. First off, try reinstalling the driver to be sure. If still no success, double-click on Volume Control in the System Tray, once you're in there, Click Options > Advanced Controls, it'll now expand with the Advanced button, click the Advanced button and make sure PC Spk Mute is not checked, as it will disable the internal speakers but not the headphones.

Adding external speakers

I think you will need to run the tv audio outputs out to an amp (inputs) and have the speakers connected to the amp! the TV does not have enough power to make the speakers work! but will send the signel out to the amp and in turn power the speakers!

Protect

It means that there is something connected to the unit that shouldnt be. Have you added speakers or made the speaker connection longer by adding speaker wire ?? THis will cause the unt to go into protect mode as well as the unit too loud. If all else fails, call the manufacturer for a service location.
