Ms 5000 don't open from standby

when the sistem was in stanby, I introduce a cd with Route 66 instalation program. since then, it isn't go out from standby.
a master reset it was maked into a service but don't solve the problem. the monitor and the remote control are in good condition.
thanks a lot
PS: anyone have the asignement pins from the monitor?(a MM 5000).
